It depends on your income level. Patients with household income under $70,000 may have 100% of eligible services covered. Patients between $70,000–$90,000 have a co-payment. Our team will confirm your coverage before treatment begins.
Is The Dental Land a registered CDCP provider?
Yes. The Dental Land is a fully registered and active CDCP provider. We direct-bill Sun Life (the plan administrator) on your behalf.
Can I bring my whole family under CDCP?
